USPS Priority Mail estimates delivery within 2-3 business days.

USPS Parcel Post estimates delivery within 5-7 business days.


Peacock Products Return Policy

  1. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your UNUSED merchandise for a refund (less shipping costs, non-refundable PayPal transaction fees and a 10% restocking fee) within 10 days of receiving your order. Please, include a note with your daytime phone number and reason for the return.

  2. Returns must be POSTMARKED within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

  3. Returned merchandise must be UNUSED and shipped in the same condition it was shipped to you. Include a copy of the original Invoice/Sales Receipt in the return shipment. Bags damaged due to negligent packing will not be accepted for refund.

  4. Returns must be shipped via TRACEABLE MAIL to: Peacock Products at 511 Oak Avenue Americus, Georgia 31709-3966. GET TRACKING NUMBER AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. All major mail carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) offer such services. Retain a copy of the shipping documentation with package tracking number for reference. Peacock Products is not liable for lost or damaged goods transported using non-traceable shipping.

  5. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This is non-negotiable.
    1. Before returning your merchandise, you must contact Peacock Products (Anita Peacock at 229-928-2055 or peacockproducts@bellsouth.net). Merchandise returned without prior notification may not be accepted for refund. After you’ve shipped the return, email me with the package tracking number and mode of delivery (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

    2. Discontinued, reduced-price or “close-out” merchandise CANNOT be returned/refunded.

    3. Refunds (less shipping fees, non-refundable PayPal transaction fees and 10% restocking fee) will be applied to the original customer payment method (PayPal, check). However, this refund amount will only be applied AFTER we receive the returned goods and deem the merchandise acceptable.
